The Stonington Planning Board is responsible for oversight of all commercial development within Stonington. Their duties include knowing and enforcing state and local law, including the Site Plan Review Ordinance and general building code. If your permit requires Planning Board review, it must be submitted by the first of the month to be on the agenda for the monthly meeting.
