Please Note that Public Health Water Classifications (NSSP) depicted on this map are updated on the 1st of every month, but changes in closures may occur on a daily basis. This map may not accurately depict NSSP and municipal shellfish conservation closure boundaries where they adjoin the shoreline. This map may not be used in defense of persons who incur any damages for harvesting shellfish in areas outside the depicted closure boundaries that are actually within the legally defined boundaries of said closure.
